The network is organised in three different levels.

• A Steering Committee of 10 members is in charge of strategy and decisions. It is advised by an Advisory Committee, mostly composed of end-user organisations (industry, safety authorities).
• A General Assembly, composed of one representative of each Consortium Contractor, plus the representative of the European Commission, is called yearly for information and consultation on the progress of the network activities, the work orientations and the decisions taken by the Steering Committee.
• A Management Team, composed of the network coordinator and of seven work-package leaders, is entrusted with the day-to-day management of the network.
